When- Mon, Weds, Fri @ 6 am
Cost- $75 a month includes classes and 24/7 membership
About- Group fitness-based class centered around high-intensity training and Olympic lifting. It will focus on building strength, learning proper technique, and improving mobility/ flexibility to help improve overall health and fitness. Each class will be lead by an instructor and each day there will be a different workout that will incorporate various types of movements. The class will be designed to be an hour long. It will include a warm-up, followed by skill or strength of the day, and end with a WOD. All skill levels are welcomed as each movement will be tailored to each individual's needs.

When- Tues, Weds, Thurs @ 7 pm
Cost- Free with 24/7 Membership or Active Personal Training Package or $5 drop in
About- This class is taught by Brian Olex and is designed first and foremost to be fun while getting a great workout it. It is a one hour class that mixes bodyweight and light weight training to create unique workouts each time you come.
