About- Group fitness based class centered around high-intensity training and Olympic lifting. It will focus on building strength, learning proper technique, and improving mobility/ flexibility to help improve overall health and fitness. Each class will be lead by an instructor and each day there will be a different workout that will incorporate various types of movements. The class will be designed to be an hour long. It will include a warm-up, followed by skill or strength of the day, and end with a WOD. All skill levels are welcomed as each movement will be tailored to each individual's needs.

When- May 27 - July 31 on Mon, Weds, Fri from 1-2pm
Cost- Full Summer May 28 and on- $325
4 Weeks (Full weeks only but do not need to be consecutive) $150

About- This class is for ages 12-18, levels beginner to advanced, working to improve strength and endurance. The focus will be on the major lifts, balance, agility, and conditioning.
Coach- David Griffin - CSCS
When- Tues, Weds, Thurs @ 7 pm and Sunday @ 5 pm
Cost- Free with 24/7 Membership or Active Personal Training Package or $5 drop in
About- This class is taught by Austin Lewis and is designed first and foremost to be fun while getting a great workout it. It is a one hour class that mixes bodyweight and light weight training to create unique workouts each time you come.
