Stamina- workouts are aerobically focused sessions incorporating strength and metabolic conditioning.

Barbells and Sweat- focused on developing strength in basic barbell movements like the squat, press, and deadlift followed by accessory movements during the majority of each class and followed with a short conditioning workout.

GarageFit- specifically designed to provide functional full-body workouts while improving energy levels, metabolic rate, strength, and endurance.  The class will include Olympic weightlifting and basic gymnastic movements.


When- Mon and Weds @ 7 pm

Cost- Free with 24/7 Membership or Active Personal Training Package or $5 drop-in

About- This class is taught by Brian Olex and is designed first and foremost to be fun while getting a great workout.  It is a one hour class that mixes bodyweight and lightweight training to create unique workouts each time you come.
