*Additional time & training styles will be added based on demand and feedback

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
  1. Barbell Strength: Strength-Based class that focuses on the 4 Major Lifts: Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press, & Shoulder Press. Four classes a week will feature one main lift along with specific accessories to maximize strength and muscle building. Wednesday’s workout will feature a core and conditioning workout to maximize total body and metabolic fitness.
  2. Full-Body Strength & Conditioning: Workouts will include a warm-up, structured strength work with accessory movements, and conditioning to finish things off. The class is for all levels and can be scaled for any individual.
  3. Total Body Tone: High-Intensity class designed to build muscle, burn fat, and get you moving in an engaging, fast-paced environment
